Management Advisory Group
Plenty of candidates can meet the stated requirements of a position. But how do you find leaders?

We identify leaders who can achieve in a business environment that is constantly changing and fraught with adversity as well as opportunity.

On the cusp of expanding from $400 million to $800 million in annual sales, a Washington-based biotech company found itself in need of a Vice President for Human Resources. The company President wanted a leader with extensive HR experience who also would be knowledgeable about operations - someone who could create a more professional HR department as the company doubled in size. Within two months, Management Advisory Group produced several strong candidates. One, our research and interviews indicated, not only fit the bill precisely but would flourish in a challenging growth environment. She was the only candidate the company President interviewed. She has since been promoted to Senior Vice President and is a member of the management committee.
